The hardest part of accessorising can often be where to start? You don’t want to throw a lot of beautiful but unrelated items to your room only to relaise it looks like a cluttered mess. Staying simple is the key here and choosing those things that bring you joy and lend well to the interior space you are styling.

A good place to start is with a rug. Rugs lend a warmth to spaces with hard floors such as wood, laminate, stone etc. But they also can provide the corner stone of the accessories in the room.
